The contingency fee\nschedule is written out and presented for you to sign. This ensures you see\nexactly what percentage is taken from any financial award you receive. Take the attorney’s name\nand do your own research. Search for that name online and look for court cases\nthat have been in the news or are in online public documents. You’ll be able to\nread more on how well the attorney did during his or her trials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
