Cecilia Son is Of Counsel with Shegerian Conniff LLP. Her practice focuses on employment law and she handles all stages of her cases from prelitigation through trial. Ms. Son places utmost importance on client relations and aggressively advocates for her clients to their satisfaction. She has extensive experience and success in case settlements, involving high stake negotiations through mediation and other forms of resolution. She has settled over $15 million dollars in employment cases to date.

Ms. Son attended University of California Santa Barbara and obtained her law degree from Western State College of Law. She recognizes and believes in giving a voice to the voiceless. She was born in Seoul, Korea and spent her childhood living on Guam, Jakarta and Dubai and is fluent in Korean.
