Kayla Lim is a rising 3L at Chapman University Fowler School of Law and will be sitting for the California Bar Exam in Summer 2026. She is a Certified Law Clerk by the California Bar Association, authorized to appear on the record under attorney supervision. In her current role, she supports attorneys in all aspects of employment law, including both pre-litigation and litigation matters. Kayla is especially passionate about standing up for employees who have experienced workplace discrimination, specifically gender discrimination and sexual harassment.

Kayla earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Sociology, graduating cum laude from San Diego State University in 2018. She currently serves as Vice President of Chapman’s Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and as Chapman’s Student Director, reflecting her strong commitment to leadership and advocacy.
