Levon Derkalousdian is a Senior Attorney at Shegerian Conniff LLP, where he represents employees in all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings. Having dedicated his entire legal career to advocating exclusively for employees, Levon has extensive experience representing victims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Levon manages cases from inception through trial preparation and supervises other attorneys in all phases of litigation. His practice includes developing case strategy, taking and defending depositions, law and motion practice, drafting and opposing dispositive motions, complex discovery, mediations, arbitrations, trial preparation, and client advocacy. Levon is known for his aggressive and strategic litigation approach, regularly handling high-stakes matters against some of the largest employers and defense firms in the country.
Levon has successfully completed arbitration hearings and has litigated numerous cases through the eve of trial, developing a reputation as a formidable plaintiff-side litigator. He has successfully opposed numerous motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions, preserving and advancing his clients’ claims toward favorable resolutions.
Throughout his career, Levon has secured millions of dollars in recoveries for employees. His notable results include a $3.65 million recovery in a single-plaintiff sexual harassment and retaliation action, as well as settlements of $1.64 million, $1.50 million, $1.22 million, and $1.135 million in employment cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, to name a few.These results reflect his commitment to maximizing value for his clients and holding employers accountable for unlawful workplace conduct.
