Monica Rokhman is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian Conniff LLP, where she represents employees in matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related disputes. Since joining the firm, she has developed a strong passion for employment law and has achieved significant results for her clients, including securing a $1.725 million settlement in a sexual harassment case. Prior to joining Shegerian Conniff LLP, Monica gained valuable litigation experience in criminal defense and personal injury law.

Before her legal career, Monica was a member of the United States National Rhythmic Gymnastics Team and represented Team USA at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Her pursuit of a legal career was catalyzed by her experiences as an Olympic gymnast, fueling a strong commitment to advocacy. She brings the same discipline, resilience, and determination that defined her athletic career to every client she represents.
